Restrictions for budget parameter unclear #7

Screenshot 2024-11-15 170946.png As shown above, the input of 10000,000 for the budget field is invalid even though it matches the specification that there must be exactly 3 digits after the comma. The specification in the user guide should be made clearer such that the user is not confused as to why 1000,000 is an invalid input.
