We should provide an SRGPictureInPictureController which transparently uses AVPictureInPictureController for devices supporting it, and provides a similar in-app experience for devices not supporting AVPictureInPictureController (iPhone, Apple TV).

No need to implement this feature. We'll make the system PiP available for iOS 14 and tvOS 14.
