Fish holding bug #295

Feather yuba testing: Indicated that they were holding fish for mark-recapture, had put in 100 fish, on the fish holding screen there were only 10.

@ErinCain I think I may have found the issue. Plus count fish are only being counted as 1 fish

In this example, should the correct total fish holding # should be 24? Right now it is showing as 5

@JordanHoang good catch. Yes plus count fish should be counted as count. So 24 is correct for this example.
