Placemarks for user in-range of species #82

Can we fine-tune this so that it removes ALL placemarks for subspecies since we have no range maps for subspecies (and hence all users will be 'out-of-range' red)?

Interesting. I didn't realize iNaturalist had no subspecies range maps.
