"fortranobject.o:file or directory not found " error #39

when I use python setup.py install to install CellConstructor, I met such an error below:

gfortran: error:build/temp.linux-x86_64-3.9/build/src.linux-x86_64-3.9/build/src.linux-x86_64-3.9/fortranobject.o:file or directory not found occur.

This is quite strange, try to remove the build directory and install again, then post here the full output, please, so we can figure out what is happening.

rm -r build python setup.py install

Thanks, the problem has been resolved. I find the key is the version of numpy. when I set the version of 1.21, it worked.
