updater.py when converted to a *.exe via pyinstaller and included, can update the Texture Maker.
Includes a few safety measures to avoid data corruption.

Included under the Tools section.

updater.py is Windows only atm as that's what I work on. Should be easily able to be updated for Linux systems however.

It also can install if no installation is found.

After reviewing it, I think I would like to keep it simple, I won't discard the idea for the future.
