Publication of new version of FatFs #2

Later versions available upstream list several bugfixes. Will ST be updating this middleware to a later release?

Thank you for your contribution. Unfortunately, we support the publication of the FatFs MW versions that are included in our repository. If we have any updates, we will keep you informed.

What do you mean? And why would this keep you from incorporating bugfixes from upstream?
