Flickering elements on the channel list #670

Channel elements on a list should not flicker. They should change only when channel state is changed.

Currently multiple elements flicker at application startup.

Some examples:

  1. Some channels are being rendered in place of other channels for parts of second.
  2. In GPM (KLOP) channels are shown as offline when screen is scrolled and then they update to actual value.
