Migreer naar de niuwe SURFmailfilter servers. In plaats van ip-based access gebruiken we dan SMTPauth.

Meteen goede gelegenheid om de DMARC/SPF record goed te zetten.

Uitgerold en getest op test en bhr.

DNS is inmiddels gefixed.
