This parameter is useful for using disks.report and a forceful disks.deploy.

Commit c5c9946c9cb33274b87f7c0e9338e31e050cd220 is OK for suite deepsea:tier2. Check tests results in the Jenkins job: http://storage-ci.suse.de:8080/job/pr-deepsea/213/
