Feature to display vulnerabilities in audit trail #1677

It would be helpful if vulnerability findings were displayed in the audit trail as well.

This is maybe something for 2.4

I will not assign this for any release because the 2.4 release is already quite full of issues. We'll tackle this if we have the time for it 👍
