Description

Proxy the zypper migration upgrade call to SCC when the system is BYOS

How to test

15 SP3 BYOS instance
register to RMT 2.19
add LTSS
update
remove LTSS
migrate to 15 SP4
registercloudguest -r $LTSS_REGCODE

should work
