Nothing happens in my case.

I've upgraded Btstack to 0.2-975 version.
I've also tried to restore ipod and re-install Cydia and Btstack GPS.

Native bluetooth is already turned off after installation of BTstack GPS.
As I switch it on it turns into message "Bluetooth not available" and any
normal activity on Ipod Touch is slowed down until I remove the app and restore
network settings.

Any suggestion?

what OS version are you on? can you attach /var/log/BTstack.* and enable
syslogd by installing "syslogd" package from Cydia and reboot?

A stupid question: after restoring your iPod, did you check if Apple's
Bluetooth works without even doing the JB? It might be just "broken" :(

Pardon but I'm not so expert on these "Hacker's tricks" and I don't know if
I've done everything right ;)

-I've installed "syslogd" from Cydia and I've connected the Ipod to PC using
Openssh. Then I move to /var/log/BTstack.log.

Here the result:

read prefs for 0 devices
file descriptor = 1
BTdaemon started - stdout
socket_connection_accept new connection 7
Nr Connections changed, new 1
local-mac-address: 60:FB:42:2D:99:15

Opening com.apple.uart.bluetooth @ 115200 baud.
 <= SIGINT received, shutting down..
New state: 0
Bluetooth status: OFF
stored prefs for 0 devices
Good bye, see you.

Im on 4.1 OS version.

Apple's Bluetooth seems to work regularly if BTstack GPS is not installed
(Bluetooth icon appears on the top of the screen), but I've not tried it before
the Jailbreak.

@deplano.reboerto

hi. that log looks pretty normal. what is your problem again? I understand that
after using BTstack GPS, the iPod touch is slowed down and you remove the app
and reset network settings. Can you try the same and just reboot?

Hi!
Unfortunately my problem persists even after reboot: starting the app,
"Activating BTstack", nothing happens :(

Now I've tried everything... do you think that is an hardware problem?

hi. hard to say. in that log, BTstack gets stuck when it asks BlueTool (by
Apple) to configure the Bluetooth module. Did you install other Bluetooth
software like roqyGPS or iBluever/iTetherme? If yes please try de-installing
those and try again. If not one last idea: log into your iPod with openssh.
then run those commands "killall -9 BlueTool" "killall -9 BTdaemon" "killall -9
BTServer". Do you get an error other than "No matching processes belonging to
you were found"? After that, try starting BTstack GPS again.

We made some progress...

"killall -9 BTdaemon" gives this message "No matching processes were found"

"killall -9 BlueTool" and "killall -9 BTServer" don't return messages.

After that, running BTstack GPS, it shows the message "Bluetooth not
accessible!"

It works on my iPod 4G (iOS 4.2.1, BTstack GPS 1.5-25900)
Step 1. Remove BTstack from Cydia.
Step 2. Turn off bluetooth from settings
Step 3. Reinstall BTstack GPS again.
Step 4. Run GPS, activated within a blink.

Please check permission of /Library/LauchDaemons. This folder should be owned
by root:wheel. If that's not the case BTdamon doesn't start up.
