GCW The Naboo System, Naboo System Player vs. Enemy, and Naboo System Player vs. Player GCW region/category contribute to the planetary score for both Naboo and Rori.

i cannot relay test atm battles are always stalemates due to lancer and nebalon cannot be be distorted due to subsystems being buged/not there shields and armor do work

The battles will be stalemates because you just don't have enough firepower to turn them. The subsystems are not bugged - it's part of the dynamics of the space battle. Just the fact that you generate GCW points should tilt the overall space GCW to one side or the other. Let's not mark this as failed just yet.
