Doc updates. Major points
Link to Anne Ogborn's tutorial is dead (?) using link to github repo instead.
I tested the links of the sponsoring projects. All dead but one. Marked as "link dead"
Added a "description" itemized list for client-side libraries, to mirror the structure of the server-side libraries
Fixed the reference http_server/3 to http_server/2 and http_server/2 to http_server/1
