Add i18n support #6

a good thing would be to be able to choose the language of the
suggestion. It would use all /lang/ of the topic.

i've made a scratch multilingual suggest, using mql

not so pretty, i know... but it works fine for now.

Support for i18n seems to work for searching topics with their names, but not 
with aliases.

For instance, if i have a topic with:
- english name
- french name
- english alias
- french alias

when i enter the english name, the french name, or the english alias, the 
suggest box return the topic into the result list.

But when i enter the french alias, the topic cannot be found.

Unfortunately, i need to query topics from french aliases.
