Enable process_name or process_path cause NLMSG_ERROR

Description

When enable either process_name or process_path direct rules getting lots of error like this:

INFO[0022] [3350596593 2ms] router: failed to search process: netlink message: NLMSG_ERROR

Reproduction

Just add a direct process rule
