[Feature] Spotted for everyone only in exploration #67

Would it be possible to add an option for the "Make spotted tokens visible" and "Make allied tokens visible" settings to only apply in exploration, but not combat? That way, the Point Out action actually becomes useful in an encounter. :)

I have added options to limit those setting to in/out of combat with v3.3.0
