Spawn timer of 4 Adder's Tongue in Sholazar Basin #479

Description: There are so many players that are abusing the spawn timer of 4 plants of Adder's Tongue in Sholazar Basin.

How to reproduce: For example, a player called Virah with herbalism and 280% fly is camping those 4 spots ( or more, i could not find) by coming at exactly 3mins from a short fly to those 4 spots, gathering them and repeating this thing only with those 4.

How it should work: The right thing that should happen is for those plants to have a dynamic timer, a random one or have just a longer one like other plants that are not spawning in 3 min.
