Convert mot_seq_gt formatted datasets into JDE format #27

Once datumaro converts the dataset into mot_seq_gt format, I may need to make some tweaks to the conversion script, since it will be dealing with many folders at once (corresponding to number of videos).

This is done using the utils/gen_labels.py script.
