Work Description

Describe the work done in detail: In this phase of the project, the team is focused on gathering documentations on the performance, availability and scalability of the application, which is critical for providing accurate route estimations and supporting multiple scheduling change requests from managers. Therefore, we have determined the following.

Performance Requirements:

• The application must provide quick and accurate route estimations based on Google Maps data.
• The application is to be optimized to handle a multiple concurrent requests from managers for scheduling changes without significant performance degradation.

Availability and Uptime Requirements:

• The application's infrastructure should ensure 24/7 uptime, which will align with the coach service's round-the-clock operations requirements without exceeding planned downtime

• The application should have minimal downtime during maintenance where updates should not be causing much disruption to the service.

The completion deadline for the project remains unchanged. This phase of work was planned and executed within the allocated time frame which aligns with the overall project schedule.
