Make sure you don't have any overlays in the top left corner of the screen when the f10 map is up. I had steam FPS overlay up and and it covered only the word "MAP" and even though the coordinates were perfectly visible it kept failing Capture.
Turned off the Steam FPS overlay and it worked.
The way the program works it looks for all text in a corner square of the screen and does OCR to get that text, and i suspect it looks for the text MAP as an origin point or something simaler.
