Create new use case diagram for Prototype 2. #19

Tasks:
   * Update the use case diagram to reflect the use cases as at Prototype 2
   * Name the file 'Use Case Diagram - Prototype 2'
   * Create a PDF version
   * Leave prototype 1 diagram as PDF in repository

Notes:
They're currently stored under /docs/Use Cases/Diagrams/.

all four tasks completed.
'Use Case Diagram - Prototype 2' in pdf and vsd format comitted into repository.
