Office 2008 template for Report 3 - based on website #26

Want to build our own report 3 template for the document. Use the same CSS
styles we use on the website, so fonts, headings, backgrounds are
consistent, and the report will have the same look and feel as the site. If
it is possible to make our own template in this way, this would be cool for
our next report.
