Dependency updates #102

Update most of the dependencies and fix deprecation warnings. Shadow Jacoco, ASM, and apache commons into the tribble-core--shadow.jar see #101 Rename default stats to console stats.

Not ready to merge yet, odd things still happening with the maven-plugin dependencies
