unable to login to CLIq

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Download the CLIq zip file
2.Save the CLIq folder in Apex Data Loader folder
3.click/run cliq.bat, enter the login credentials for production

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Login Successful
Actual: 
Failed to send request to 
https://login-blitz04.soma.salesforce.com/services/Soap/u/25.0

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Data Loader 25.0, Windows 7

This is the same issue as 
http://code.google.com/p/dataloadercliq/issues/detail?id=58

I think this is a bug in the data loader.
1) Did you just download the data loader, or is this an older version.  Please 
download and install the latest version.
2) A workaround is to edit the cliq.properties file and uncomment this line
sfdc.endpoint=https://test.salesforce.com/services/Soap/u/21.0

and set it to:
sfdc.endpoint=https://www.salesforce.com/services/Soap/u/21.0
