Added an AI bot can enhance the user experience on a blood donation website by providing timely assistance, information, support throughout the donation process and screen donor eligibility.

Closes #152.

Hey @Saurav-Pant, the issue which I have raised related to AI chatbot on that you have assigned level3 but on PR it is level2. Please check this.
