Hi Schmocklord,

I have a similar built than your accept mine is Z490 Auros master.

Big Sur is working flawlessly throughout all the upgrades with full LAN support

I'm now on OC 0.7.4

I successfully moved to Monterey, (upgraded) however I cannot get LAN to work. Wifi is working.

The machine crash after a few minutes.

I tried a few setting but it is not successful.

Have you been able to address this ?

You can't use Fakepciid in monterey. Delete all the fakepciid and device properties in config.plist. The hac could recognize it as it should be.

But the I225-v ethernet card on some Gigabyte Z490 monterboard is unable to use in monterey released version either. However, in monterey beta7 and beta8, it can be used. But Apple shut it down for unknown reason.

In this case, should we postpone the update to Monterey?

I also have issues with 2.5 GB LAN (I225-v) on Z490 Vision D after upgrading to Monterey. Before I was on OC 7.5 using the latest refi from Schmocklord together with Big Sur 11.6 and all was running smooth. After upgrading to Monterey, the I225-v is not working - the rest is fine, though (e.g. GB LAN, Fenvi BT)

Appreciated, if you guys let us know when a solution is found to fix the 2.5 GB LAN

It seems, that there is a workaround to make the router connection stable. This info is taken from the german Hackintosh-Forum:

In network settings (2,5 Wifi) go to hardware and set the following: configuration: manual speed: 100baseTX duplex: full duplex, energy-efficient-ethernet MTU: standard

I didn't test it myself since i'm still on MacOS 11.6.1. Hope this will solve the issue for now.

@hsotnikcah thanks for info. I have tried this settings today, but it does not fix the issue. I also noted that in Hackintool. the I225-V adapter is listed as "???" under device name.

I am on Monterey 12.1 even using the new OC7.6 Update from @SchmockLord where he has added the "dk.e1000=0" boot argument. All the rest, incl I1219-V is working OK, though - so thanks again for the great work!

Cheers
