Add Movie Editor toggle checkbox #112

These changes add a checkbox to toggle the activation status of the Movie Editor, along with more context to the Movie Editor errors

We previously used the input accordion to get the activation status by checking whether the Movie Editor section was expanded or collapsed

I have an issue with the editor whenever it is active whatever way I use to generate the first or the second option, the video never generates it gets stuck when I hit generate forever, to the point that I have to crash the WebUI to make it work again. It also doesn't give any errors on the terminal whatsoever. For now, I just don't use it but I would love to be able to use it since it is very powerful based on what I heard. Also, it would be nice to have the ability to remove tags for all images lets say it has "detected" something that is not there on every frame. Then it would be useful to just go to the "Edit Keyframe Tag" and remove that word.
