Implement alignment of invalidity for OnyxCheckboxGroup, OnyxSwitch to OnyxRadioGroup

Why?

OnyxRadioButton shows a custom Error as tooltip (standard browser tooltip that is set via title). the same behavior should be implemented for checkbox + switch

Implement/align the following features

• [x] set title for custom error
• [x] set title for standard translated errors, e.g. required
• [x] when title is used already for a control with hidden label, showing an error message takes precedence over the label.
