Why?

As a sprint team, we want to know if we are doing the right thing and if we are improving, therefore we need some clear metrics to track.

Acceptance criteria

[ ] Should track closed issues
[ ] Median issue "In Progress" duration
[ ] Median PR duration
[ ] ... other metrics that make sense

Implementation details

E.g. https://github.com/github/issue-metrics

Definition of Done

[ ] follow-up tickets were created if necessary
[ ] updated version + documentation is deployed
