After sign in, user should get some guidance about how to contribute #152

Problem: As a user I sign up into PyBossa and I arrive into my profile page, but there is no information about what to do or how to contribute. I'm lost. Solution: Give some tips about what the user can do for the first time sign up. Something like:

You can create a new App
You can contribute in any of these apps
Etc.
