Missing Thumbs #283

On the homepage here http://crowdcrafting.org/ the sixth featured app in the grid breaks the layout, due to there being no image.

I suggest there is always an image associated with an app, even if it is just a placeholder.

Thus, I think that we will need to create a new placeholder (a modified version of the current one) that will show that there is an app there. @mintcanary what do you think?
