I think 'task runs' might be a confusing phrase. 'Answers' seems fairly clear to me.

I suggest replacing all instances of 'task run(s)' with 'answer(s)'

What's the estimate in terms of time?

Really it would be evaluating this versus other pieces of work versus other items - esp UX etc (current milestone is here and I think we should aim to have all planned task in the milestone): https://github.com/PyBossa/pybossa/issues?milestone=4&state=open
