adopt a consistent naming convention of classes

Purpose and motivation

Per #139 this CL adopts the naming conventions:

• All VGens now start with the letter V
• All other Scintillator sclang classes have the Scin prefix

This will hopefully bring clarity to API and help to avoid collisions with other Quarks. This PR also updates/adds a bunch of documentation in preparation for the 0.0.7 release.

Implementation

A ton of renaming of files and classes, and then fixing whatever breaks as a result.
