please provide a list or screenshot of files in the app installation dir.

caused by msi extractor.

scoop config use_lessmsi false; scoop install extras/simple-dnscrypt

This manifest is in process of being improved, can you test this PR? #9392

@HUMORCE Sorry, I was switching my scoop_repo,So i didn't reply in time When uselessmsi is false, these problems will occur When I use the third-party scoop, use lessmsi does not work

config item use_lessmsi was called MSIEXTRACT_USE_LESSMSI previously.
