Report Forms #120

Basically a form that answers the question "what happened at build today!" Useful from a TD standpoint on keeping up with where each department is and how far along they are in their shedule. It's a long-term kinda thing that could come in handy.

Department, build date, number of attendees, and a paragraph field for what they accomplished. (Eventually we can have an actual checklist system in place, maybe? Who knows.)

This actually fits well within a planned Report system I wanted to do for Stage Manager Reports. We could make it generic enough so that it could easily be used for both purposes.

Oh hey, look at us, being useful production staff! We can just have a build/rehearsal flag somewhere and have it actually be the same form, just presented differently.

I can provide some example reports from SoD electrics if you are interested in seeing some potential formats.

This is in the reports branch. I am basing it off of SoD Rehearsal/Performance reports that I could find on the drama server. It is dynamic in terms of allowing any superUser to create a "Report Template" for Rehearsal Reports, Build Reports, etc.

Anthony, I can't seem to find any build reports on the drama server so if you're still able to provide those example reports, that would be excellent!
