We need to find a quick solution for Wikis #88

We don't have the time or man-power to create our own wiki system and there is no point in re-inventing the wheel. We need to evaluate some wiki solutions and install one and then add some connectivity to Scotch.

It seems using Gollum isn't too difficult. Here's an example with Rails: https://github.com/assimovt/gollum-rails . This looks promising.
