Completed

Added access_level column to users table.
Added access-report route.
Other minor quality of life changes.

Needs fulfilled

Quick and easy way for compliance officer (or anyone with access) to know:

Who his users are.
Their email addresses.
Their access levels. This aids in conducting of monthly reviews and driving remediation.
