This is what happens in first person or the pip when wearing the titanfall helmets and using your framework. Theres two titanfall mods on gunnetwork both have this in first person when using the overlay.

User said they were using framework v1.1.0.

This has been fixed as of commit 0bde36b. The fixes are included with version 1.2.0.
