Rectangular selection doesn't work on multiple monitors

Bug summary

When selecting a rectangular region to record, it only darken the first screen. When I go to the screen I want, the focus just follows the mouse as usual. The darkening layer then just close and the operation is cancelled.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the app
2. Select "Normal" or "Selection" of the screen, whatever. It does nothing.
3. Press record
4. Choose "Rectangular region"
5. Move your mouse to the screen which is not darkened. Not clicking.
6. Because the focus always follow my cursor, an other window gain the focus. Thus the dark layer go away and the operation is cancelled.
7. Failed to select the small portion I want.

Expected behavior

5. The dark layer should be on all screens
6. The selection should probably not cancel whatever the focus is. Cause for a large portion of users, the focus is probably also automatic as mine.
