This adds the smoketest script, which starts a Docker container from an OpenWrt x86 rootfs tarball, and tries to ping cjdns in it. Working on the buildbot integration right now.

Requirements:

passwordless sudo on docker/make-tun.sh
auto-peering on the host's docker0 bridge
