Remove LegacyAffix and it's functionalities from the nodemanager #1404

We should remove the LegacyAffix from the Nodemanager as it adds some unnecessary complexity. The LegacyAffix was only added to allow other nodes in the same private network to connect to the node, 'if' it was not using Affix. This is a minor case that can later be addressed with a more generic BranchingAffix.
