Make the file manager sidebar light on light themes #26

I should be able to find how they did this, and just do exactly the same. I hope there is a specific commit, somewhere, just for that. Or maybe I will just pull the updates from the new Mint-Y. There are just a few little "undo" to be made, hopefully.

I am now working on the new Mint-Y. So, this is already done in the codings. :) It will be available on the next release, coming up sometime before the end of this winter.
