Description

They run too frequently. All schedulers need to be checked out and reduced in frequency as it is creating situations not conducive to a HRP environment.

Posting maintainer consensus so people know whats going on.

Certain events will receive a flag, events with this type will not run automatically instead: The server will prompt any admin (Probably anyone with the aghost entity) if it should: Proceed with running the event, not run the event, or run a different event (Rerolling)
