`Workouts`: create overview page

• [x] implement GET endpoint to query all of a user's workouts (incl. exercises)
• [x] implement a client-side overview page that implements the above endpoint

Here's how the page looks right now:

I haven't implemented any exercise functionality yet, and I'm not quite decided on the shape of the API surface and model shape for the session yet, so I don't think there's much point in trying to guess future functionality at this point in time. As such, there's not much functionality I can add to this page yet.

The endpoint and the view are here though, so they can easily be expanded upon in the future once functionality arises.

Tasks:

• [x] write some basic unit tests for the WorkoutCard component
  • the Workouts component can wait, we need to mock the response of the query hook, and I'd like to do that with msw, but then I'd have to implement that first, which is going to take a little more time than I'm willing to devote to it right at this moment.

Fine with this as-is. Happy path is.. happy. Most functionality will be tied to not-yet-implemented features, so will revisit this view later on down the line once we're further along with the app's MVP.
