Added WYSIWYG editor and full german translation #6

The previous pull-request can be removed. This request holds all the modifications of the previous on a fresh codebase, as recommended.

This doesn't seem to work for me. For instance, if I create a new file, and try to edit it and save changes, 0 (zero) bytes gets saved, and the screen (<textarea>) is cleared. Or, with an existing basic html file (<html><head></head><body></body></html>), it seems to save what I type to the <body></body> tags of the file, but then clears the <textarea> on screen. To try it out, I just copied your version of the onfilecms.php file to my test setup, and changed $HTML_WYSIWYG_EDIT to true. Am I missing something? (it wouldn't be the first time I've missed something obvious...)
