For the moment, C44 Physical Thing Quality is a subclass of C28 Quantifiable Quality. However, not all physical thing qualities are quantifiable.

Should this class be a bit higher, a direct subclass of C1 Entity Quality?
This obviously impact the 2 subclasses of C44, C22 Physical Component (issue #59) and C42 Shape (issue #60). Are those subclasses also quantifiable?

Once decided, this should be written down in the scope note to explain the choices, and some examples added.
