Rearranged ScreenPlayerOptions and got rid of the third page of options.
Moved ComboFontPreviews from ScreenPlayerOptions overlay to common so it can be used in ScreenPlayerOptions2
Before merging this we have to:
Decide the order of the optionrows
Delete some unused metrics (most of them are ScreenPlayerOptions3 stuff) done
