Set up basic landing page using Fleek #4

I've updated the main branch with 'create react app' assets, so we have a serve-able site now (super basic). I'll start on the fleek integration now.

Currently getting 404s for some assets:

i had an old wildcard DNS record for *.sgtpooki.com... so pl-compass.sgtpooki.com isn't loading properly yet, but TTL was 1800 (30) min, so in 30 minutes, http://pl-compass.sgtpooki.com/ should be the site. Until then, you can access our site at https://aged-block-7445.on.fleek.co
